By this Writ Petition, under Article 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India the Petitioner is seeking direction to the learned Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate to comply the order dated 20.08.2018 passed by this court in Writ Petition No.8459 of 2018. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Petitioner and the Roznama of Metropolitan Magistrate's Court dated 23.04.2018, 13.06.2018, 03.07.2018, 30.07.2018 and 05.09.2018, we are of the opinion that Petition can be disposed of with following direction:
