DATE: MARCH 10, 2022 P.C.:- 1] Having gone through the order dated 13th June, 2018, which is passed by this Court in Writ Petition No.5518 of 2018 in exercise of powers under Order XI, Rule 14, thereby permitting the respondents/defendants to produce the document, in my opinion, no contempt could be noticed though the document of which production was ordered is not produced. As a consequence of non-compliance, necessary consequences will follow for non-production of such document. The Trial Court will be at liberty to draw adverse inference for not complying with the said order. As such, Contempt Petition is disposed of.

2] However, considering the fact that suit is pending for more than 10 years, hearing of the same is expedited.
