The applicant is seeking pre-arrest bail in Crime No. 236 of 2016, registered with Trombay Police Station, Mumbai, for the offence punishable under Sections 316, 354, 323, 509, 504, 506 read with 34 Indian Penal Code.

The applicant has failed to make out prima facie case for grant of pre-arrest bail as neither copy of the F.I.R. nor text of the order rejecting the application is placed on record.
