We have heard both sides. Though notice was issued on this Application in the absence of the applicant's Advocate on 12th November, 2014, thereafter, this Application could not be taken up for some reason or the other. There has been no ad-interim protection as well. Since there was no restraint against investigation and filing of a report in a competent criminal Court, Mr. Shaikh, learned APP, on instructions, informs us that a charge sheet is filed in the competent criminal Court. 2.

In the circumstances, by keeping open all the remedies, including seeking a discharge from the criminal case in the event charge is not framed as yet, so also on merits, we dispose of this Criminal Application.
