Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner. According to Petitioner respondents have committed contempt of the order passed on 15/6/2017 by this Court (Coram: G.S. Patel, J). The said order is at page No.325 of the compilation. With the assistance of learned counsel for the petitioner I have perused the judgment delivered by this Court in Appeal from Order No.172/2017. From the judgment it is clear that appeal was dismissed as withdrawn and the present applicant was granted opportunity of being heard at the time of final hearing of the matter before the Court below. After hearing the learned counsel and after perusing the order, I am of the view that there is no contempt of any of the directions. Hence, petition is dismissed.
