By this application, filed by the applicant through Jail, the applicant seeks his enlargement on bail or in the alternative seeks expeditious disposal of his MCOC case.

Learned APP, on the instructions of the Investigating Officer, who is present in Court states, that the applicant has also filed an application seeking his enlargement on bail in the said case, and that the said application is pending before the learned Sessions Judge. 3.
Since the said application preferred by the applicant, through 1/2
2/2 28-ba.2066.2015 Jail, is pending before the learned Sessions Judge, it is not necessary for this Court, to decide the present application, seeking the very same prayer. 4.
The Application is accordingly disposed of.

It is made clear, that this application has not been considered on merits and the learned Judge shall decide the application, which is filed by the applicant on its own merits, uninfluenced by the disposal of this application.

Registry to communicate the said order to the learned Special Judge, seized of the case. Registry to also send a copy of this order to the applicant, who is lodged in Yerwada Central Jail, through the Superintendent of Yerwada Central Prison, Pune. 7.
