The issue involved in this Petition is squarely covered by the view

2/2 25 wp 1753.22.doc taken by this Court in Amol Baban Sangar v/s. The State of Maharashtra & ors. decided on 21st February 2022. 4.

Accordingly, the Petition is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (b) & (c). The Shalarth I.Ds shall be allotted to Petitioners within four weeks from the date of order and salary together with arrears of salary shall be released to Petitioners within a period of six weeks from the date of allotment of Shalarth I.Ds. by taking necessary steps by Respondents.
