We have perused the order dated 14th November 2019. In paragraph 2 of the said order, it has been noted that since the elections were conducted by the learned Charity Commissioner in October 2017, nothing survives in the writ petitions. Since the learned counsel for the petitioner was not present on that date, the matter was adjourned. 2.
Today also, there is no appearance on behalf of the petitioner. In the light of what has been observed in the order dated 14th November 2019, the writ petitions are disposed of in the said terms. Pending civil applications are also disposed of. JITENDRA JAIN, J.
