P.C.:- The learned APP, on instructions, submitted that the trial in the present case is already commenced and P.W. No. 1 will be examined by the prosecution tomorrow. In view of the same, the learned counsel for the Applicant seeks leave to withdraw the present Application with liberty to file a fresh Application for bail if the trial arising out of CR No. 613 of 2016 registered Santacruz Police station, now culminated in Special POCSO Case No. 110 of 2017 pending on the file of the Additional Sessions Judge, Greater Mumbai, does not conclude within a period of six months from today. 1/2

ssm 2 48-ba2431.18.doc The learned Additional Sessions Judge seized of the Special POCSO Case No. 110 of 2017 is hereby requested to expedite the said case and as far as possible conclude the same within a period of six months from today.

This request is made after taking into consideration the fact that the Applicant is in Jail since 22nd December, 2016 i.e. for last about more than two years.
