I have heard the learned counsel for the Applicant and learned APP on behalf of the State.

Learned APP informs that the Petitioner No.1 is an accused in 156 cases. About 120 cases have been tried and decided and he has been convicted in about 100 cases. The statement is made on instructions.

Learned APP further submits that the remaining about 36 cases pertain to offences committed under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code and are to be tried by the different Courts in Thane and Kalyan city.

Considering the above, I do not find it fit and proper to

Prs 2 14 appln 686-15-cr accept the request of the Applicants for clubbing all these cases before a Single Court. The Application is therefore, disposed of.
