Learned APP upon instructions states that as home inquiry report of the petitioner is awaited no decision to keep the prisoner in Arthur road jail could be taken.

Copy of letter dated 9/12/2019 sent by Superintendent of Nashik Road prison to the Office of PP is taken on record as Exhibit "A". 3.

In view of this letter and above fact, we direct the concerned authority to submit house inquiry report within a period of 4 weeks from today. Authorities shall thereafter take necessary decision within further period of 4 weeks.
