Mr. Bharat Gadhavi, learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioners, on instructions, seek to withdraw this Petition with liberty to file Revision to the State Government under Section 257 of the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code, 1966.

Parties are directed to maintain status-quo for a period of four weeks from today to enable the Petitioners to file a Revision Application and obtain appropriate orders before the expiry of four weeks from the Revisional Authority.

Petition disposed of as withdrawn.
