Heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties.

The learned counsel for the parties pray that the learned Magistrate be directed for hearing of the criminal case filed by the petitioner against the respondents as expeditiously as possible.

It is directed that the learned Magistrate shall take up the case on 21st February, 2015 (which is the date already given to the parties) for explaining particulars of the offence to Borey 1/2

spb/ 19wp4183-14.sxw the respondents and thereafter, shall record evidence as expeditiously as possible and shall dispose of the case within a period of two months from the date of recording plea of the respondents. The learned Magistrate shall take note of the fact that the complainant is a lady and she was having job before filing the present complaint. It is submitted that she is finding difficulty to get job due to pendency of the present complaint. Keeping this in mind, the learned Magistrate shall follow the order of this court scrupulously.
