The learned counsel for the petitioner states that though belatedly, the respondents have complied with the order dated 26th August 2014 passed by this Court. In view of this statement, it is not necessary to entertain this Contempt Petition as disobedience of the order cannot be said to be deliberate.

Accordingly, Contempt Petition is disposed of.
