Heard parties through their counsel. The prayer made in the Petition is to direct the Inspector General of Registration and Controller of Stamps, Pune - Respondent No.3 to consider and decide the Petitioner's Appeal (Exh.'A' to the Petition) pending before him against the order passed by the assistant Sub-Registrar, Class - II, Nashik as expeditiously as possible.

According to the Petitioner, the said Appeal is pending VRD 1/2

WP11995.16 since 2013 and the same has not yet been decided. The learned AGP submits that the Petitioner's appeal shall be decided as expeditiously as possible. Having regard to the aforesaid submission made by the learned counsel for the parties, Respondent No.3 is directed to consider and decide the Petitioner's Appeal (Exh.'A' to the Petition) as expeditiously as possible but not later than three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

The Petition stands disposed of.
