This civil application is for bringing on record legal heirs of deceased Petitioner No.2. There is a delay in taking out the application. The delay has been explained in the civil application. For the reasons stated, the delay is condoned and the Petitioners are permitted to amend the writ petition in terms of prayer clause (a). The amendment to be carried out within two weeks. The civil application is disposed of accordingly.
