The consent terms have already been taken on record on 28 June 2016. Learned counsel for the parties state that Respondent No.4-Shantabai Sukhdeo Balgude has expired and the appeal has

At the request of the learned counsel for the parties, the consent terms are taken on record and marked 'X' for identification. The second appeal is disposed of in terms of the consent terms. The decree passed by both the Courts will stand modified in terms of the consent terms tendered in this Court. Registry to take appropriate steps to prepare the decree accordingly. ( N. M.
