By order dated 18 th September, 2017 the Applicant was ordered to be released on bail for a period of two months from the date of his release on executing PR bond of Rs.50,000/- and on furnishing surety to the like amount within a period of two weeks. During the interregnum period the Petitioner was directed to be released on bail on depositing cash security of Rs.50,000/-.

The learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that the Petitioner has already executed PR bonds of Rs.50,000/- and deposited cash surety of Rs.50,000/-. He seeks extension of time to furnish surety. Time to furnish surety is extended by a period of three weeks. 4.
Until such time the interim order as regards the deposit of cash surety shall remain in force.

The Criminal Application stands disposed of.
