The petitioner is seeking direction to the Family Court to complete the trial within fifteen (15) days and for appointment of Court Commissioner to complete the trial within ten (10) days. Reliance in placed on the order dated 18th October 2019 passed by the learned Single Judge of this Court in Civil Contempt Petition No.432 of 2019 directing the Family Court to decide all pending applications at the earliest and proceed with the trial. 2.

On perusal of the said order, it appears that this Court has not directed the Family Court to complete the trial expeditiously. The direction was to decide pending applications at the earliest. Such direction could not give rise to the filing of such petition. 3.

The writ petition is misconceived. The same stands dismissed. No costs.
