This petition is filed on 11th November, 2011 challenging the order dated 9th September, 2011 passed in Misc. Civil Appeal 139 of 2009, whereby injunction application preferred by respondent 1 to 4 is allowed.

Since 11th November, 2011, the petition appears to have been first listed on 15th December, 2011 and the petition was listed thereafter on 25th January, 2012 and at the request of the petitioners was adjourned to 1st February, 2012. Since then, the petition has not been listed on board. It appears that no proactive steps are taken by the petitioners for listing the matter. Presumably, the petitioners are not appearing since they are not interested in prosecuting the petition. 4.

The petition is dismissed.
