This application is filed for extention of time to deposit the amount of compensation as directed by this Court vide its order dated 7.9.2016. Learned counsel for applicant submitted that due to financial crunch, applicant is unable to deposit amount of Rs.23,000/-, which was directed to be deposited within three weeks and has thus, prayed that applicant be permitted to deposit Rs.5,000/- within one week and balance amount of Rs.18,000/- within four weeks from today. It is also contended that applicant being unemployed, application be allowed. shivgan 1/2
12-APPR-583-2016.doc Record reveals that this Court on 7.9.2016 had directed applicant to deposit Rs.23,000/- as out of compensation amount of Rs.40,000/-, amount of Rs.17,000/- was already paid by applicant. For the reasons mentioned in paragraph 4 of application, time as prayed is allowed. Applicant shall deposit Rs.5,000/- with the trial Court within one week from today and shall deposit balance amount of Rs.18,000/- with trial Court within four weeks from today. Application is disposed of as allowed.
