Learned A.P.P, on the instructions of the Investigating Officer, who is present in Court, states that initially, the applicant was charged for the offences punishable under Section 354(D) and 509 of the Indian Penal Code, both of which, are bailable, however, now Section 354 has been added.

In view of the statement which was made by the Investigating Officer on 19th October, 2015 that in the event any non-bailable Section is added, he will give 72 hours prior notice to the applicant, following order is passed :

ORDER

(i) The Investigating Officer to give 72 hours prior notice to the applicant in connection with C.R. No. I-178 of 2015 registered with the CBD Belapur Police Station.

With the aforesaid direction, the application stands disposed of. 4.
