Learned counsel for applicant submits that the matter has been settled between both the parties. Consent terms dated 6th May 2018 were executed and the same were tendered before the Trial Court. In view of clause (d) of the consent terms, the applicant-complainant has received amounts stipulated therein. It is, therefore, submitted that the applicant may be granted leave to withdraw this application.
