For the reasons stated in the application, we are of the considered opinion that the learned counsel for the Petitioner was absent because of sufcient cause when the writ petition was

called out for hearing on 8th February, 2018. Hence, the said order of dismissal of the petition dated 8th February, 2018 is recalled and Writ Petition No. 900 of 2018 is restored to the fle.
