Bhanushali, learned counsel for the Applicant states that the co-accused has been released on bail by the Trial Court and that the Applicant also wishes to file fresh Application before the Trial Court. He, therefore, seeks leave to withdraw the Application with liberty to file fresh Application before the Trial Court. Leave with liberty is granted. Bail Application stands dismissed as withdrawn. It is made clear that this Court has not gone into the merits of the order. In the event the Applicant files fresh Application, the Trial Court shall decide the same on its own merits.
