Learned counsel appearing for the applicants makes a statement that, his application for bail vide Criminal Bail Application No.4503 of 2019 is pending before the Additional Sessions Judge, Pune. His application for interim prayer made vide Exh.3 in the said application was rejected, but the main application is still pending. This application before this court was filed on the apprehension that learned Judge may not be available on the date fixed for consideration of his prayer. Shri. Ponda, makes a statement that, now it is reliably understood that the learned Judge would be available for decision of that application, V.B.Gokhale

904-aba-2041-19.odt therefore, he is not pressing the present Anticipatory bail application before this court and prays for withdrawal of this application without prejudice to his rights and contentions. 2.

The application, therefore, is allowed to be withdrawn. It is made clear that no arguments were advanced on the merits of the case.
