By this First Appeal, appellant is challenging the Judgment and Award dated 21/04/2016 passed by Railway Claims Tribunal, Mumbai Bench, Mumbai in Claim Application No. OA(II u)/MCC/0741/2010 dismissing the appellants claim petition. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for

(II) Printing dispensed with.

(III) Appellant to file private paper-book within one year from today, failing which First Appeal shall stand dismissed without referring back to the Court.

(IV) Registry to call R & P immediately.

(V) Hearing of First Appeal is expedited.
