IN THE HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT BOMBAY

CRIMINAL APPELLATE JURISDICTION CRIMINAL WRIT PETITION NO. 4042 OF 2017 Shree Hanuman Texfab Pvt. Ltd.

..Petitioners

Versus

The State of Maharashtra ..Respondent.

Mr. A.M. Saraogi a/w. Mr. Anand Mishra for the Petitioner. Mrs. M.M. Deshmukh, APP for the Respondent - State. CORAM : B. R. GAVAI & B. P. COLABAWALLA, JJ.

DATE : 24th JANUARY, 2018.

P.C.

It is the contention of the petitioner that the police authorities have not taken cognizance of her complaint. The petitioner can very well file a complaint either under Section 156 (3) or Section 200 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973. The petition is therefore rejected by relegating the petitioner to avail alternate remedies as available under the law.
