The learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner, on instructions, states that the Appeal preferred by the Petitioner has been rejected by the second Respondent on the ground of failure of the Petitioner to deposit the requisite amount.

In view of this statement, nothing survives in this Petition where a very limited relief was sought in terms of prayer clause (a)(i). Accordingly, the Petition is disposed of. It will be open for the Petitioner to challenge the order passed by the Appellate Authority in accordance with law.
