Leave to amend the prayer clause. Amendment to be carried out forthwith.

This is an application for transit anticipatory bail.

The applicants are apprehending their arrest in CR No.296/2016 dated 5.10.2016 registered with Dhule Taluka Police Station, District Dhule under Sections 306, 498A, 323 and 504 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code. 4.

The learned counsel for the applicants submitted that the applicants are desirous and are intending to file appropriate legal proceeding before the Court of competent jurisdiction under which the said Dhule Taluka Police Station, District Dhule falls, He submitted

2 /2ABA-1805-16-910 that the applicants may be granted three weeks time to file the said appropriate proceedings before the concerned Court.

In view of the above and in view of the facts mentioned in the application, the applicants are granted transit anticipatory bail for a period of three weeks from today.

Hence, the following order.

a) In the event of arrest of the applicants in CR NO.296 of 2016 dated 5.10.2015 registered with Dhule Taluika Police Station, District Dhule the applicants shall be released on bail on their furnishing PR bond of Rs.15,000/- each with one or more sureties in the like amount. b) The transit anticipatory bail granted to the applicants shall come to an end after the period of three weeks from today and the said period will not be extended on any count.

c) Application is allowed in the aforesaid terms. (A.S.GADKARI, J.)
