This is an application preferred by the complainant seeking intervention in Anticipatory Bail Application No.1870 of 2018. 1/2

Vina k sr.8.aba.1870.2018.doc Considering the fact that the applicant had filed a private complaint in which directions were issued for investigation, hence intervention application is required to be allowed permitting him to intervene in ABA No. 1870 of 2018.

The complainant is allowed to intervene in ABA No. 1870 of 2018. The applicant is directed to carry out requisite amendment to add the complainant as respondent in this application. Amendment to be carried out within one week. The applicant to serve the Copy of the amended application for anticipatory bail application upon the advocate appearing for the complainant.

Criminal Application No.1142 of 2018 is disposed of. 4.

Interim order, if any, granted earlier, in ABA No.1870 of 2018 is continued till the next date of hearing 5.
