The learned Advocate Vishwa G. for the Appellant has filed a praecipe (marked 'X') seeking permission to withdraw the present Appeal from Order. On perusal of praecipe and after hearing learned Advocate for the Appellant, it reveals that the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Civil Appeal No. 3698 of 2023 vide order dated 15th May, 2023 has dissolved marriage between the parties in view of the Memorandum of Settlement dated 15th May, 2023 executed between the parties.

Therefore, the appellant does not want to proceed further. Hence, permission is granted to withdraw present Appeal. In turn, the Appeal from Order No. 983 of 2022 is hereby disposed of as withdrawn and accordingly

Interim Application No. 19128 of 2022 is also disposed of.
