The Petitioner has sought the following relief :- " (a) This Hon'ble Court may be pleased to direct the Respondent No.1 to decide the complaints dated 16 February 2021, 27 September 2021 and 17 April 2023 filed by the Petitioner in time bound manner and initiate action in accordance with the law by providing hearing to the Petitioner."

The learned AGP states that necessary decision would be taken within a period of four weeks. The learned AGP states that though it is not a requirement of a statute that any hearing has to be given, still in the facts and circumstances of the case to put a quietus, the Respondent No.2 will give hearing to the Petitioner and thereafter, pass appropriate orders within a period of two weeks after the hearing is completed.

Keeping all contentions open, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
