The deceased appellant-Kishorkumar B. Tiwari came to be convicted of the offences punishable under Sections 7, 13(1) (d) of the Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988. During the pendency of the appeal filed by him, he died. Instant applications are by his widow for seeking leave to continue the appeal on behalf of the deceased public servant.
