The grievance of the Petitioner is that the Petitioner's Appeal filed before the first Respondent - Chief Controlling Revenue Authority is pending since 2013. In the circumstances, a prayer has been made to dispose of this Petition by directing the first Respondent to consider and decide the said Appeal bearing Miscellaneous No. 48 of 2013 filed by the Petitioner as expeditiously as possible.

The learned AGP submits that the Appeal will be considered and appropriate decision shall be taken by the first Respondent within four months.

In view of aforesaid, we dispose of this Petition by Vishal Parekar 1/2

912-wp-11453-2017.doc directing the first Respondent- Chief Controlling Revenue Authority to consider and decide the Petitioner's Appeal bearing Miscellaneous No. 48 of 2013 within four months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
