The impugned order is passed on 3 August 2022. The petition is filed on 3 September 2023. The petition is circulated on 8 February 2024 by way of praecipe on the ground that today is the last date of registration on the pavitra portal. 2.

The matter is taken up today. There is no reason whatsoever for this delay. Even the order passed by this Court (Bench at Aurangabad) on which the Petitioners have relied on, is of September 2023.

All that we observe is that the Respondent-Authorities will examine whether case of the Petitioners is covered by the order passed by this Court (Bench at Aurangabad) in Writ Petition No. 12078 of 2023 and other connected writ petitions and if it is applicable to the Petitioners' case, extend the same benefits to the Petitioners.
