Perusal of record indicates that on 20th September 2019, the Applicants were granted interim relief. That, on 4th September 2021, the Applicants, through their Counsel, made a statement before this Court that, with a view to prove their bona fide, the Applicants are ready and willing to return the said amount of Rs.1,23,000/- accepted by them from the Respondent No.2 with simple interest @ 9% per annum from 2009 till 4th September 2021, within a period of one week from 4th September 2021. The said statement was accepted by this Court. The present Application was thereafter adjourned to 14th September 2021. by UMESH RAMESH SHINDE Date:

URS 2 35-ABA 2043-19.odt On 18th September 2021 again the learned Advocate for the Applicants sought time to make payment in furtherence of the statement made on 4th September 2021.

Today the present Application was called out for hearing in the morning session when none appeared for the Applicants and therefore it was kept back. In the second session also none appears for the Applicant.

It appears that the Applicants are not serious enough in complying with their solemn statement made on 4th September 2021 and sought adjournments only for continuation of interim relief. 3.

In view of the above, interim relief granted by Order dated 20th September 2019 is hereby vacated forthwith. As a consequence thereof, present Anticipatory Bail Application is also dismissed. (A. S. GADKARI, J.)
