ORDER:

Leave to amend to incorporate further prayers in the Writ Petition. Considering the fact that the Petitioner has already deposited 50% amount i.e. Rs.30,26,106/- in terms of the order dated 5 February 2017 of the DRAT and since the S.A. No.251 of 2016 of the Petitioner is pending before the DRT, and this Court was moved as the DRAT was not available at the relevant time, this Petition need not be kept pending in this Court. We direct that during the pendency of the S.A. No.251 of 2016, the Respondent No.2 Bank shall not take further steps. The statement of learned Counsel 1/2
