When the matter came up before this Court the only prayer made by the petitioner is to dispose of the petition by directing the second respondent to consider and take appropriate decision on the petitioner's representation dated 11th September, 2017. According to the petitioner, the second respondent is not considering the said representation and has informed the petitioner to approach the Collector for redressal of his grievance.

On being asked, the learned AGP does not dispute that the Competent Authority for deciding the prayer made in the representation dated 11th September,2017 is the second respondent. 3.

In the circumstances, we dispose of this writ petition by

pvr 512wp11405-17.doc directing the second respondent to decide the said representation in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible but in any case not later than two months from receipt of copy of this order. 4.
