It is not in dispute that Petitioner and Respondent No.2 are both Advocates and accidentally met, which led to filing of FIR No.88 of 2018 under Section 279, 336, 427 of the IPC read with

Respective parties jointly state that after accidentally meeting they have become friends and therefore, have decided to resolve the dispute amicably. Accordingly, Complainant has also tendered Affidavit stating that the further prosecution of FIR, is not necessary and dispute is amicably settled. Accepting the joint request we quash and set aside above mentioned FIR No.88 of 2018 dated 4 July 2018 and made Rule absolute accordingly. (Sarang V. Kotwal, J.) (B.P.Dharmadhikari, J.)
