Mr. Patvardhan, learned Advocate appearing for the Applicant on instructions submitted that, directions issued by Order dated 23rd November, 2021 has not been complied with by the Applicant and the Applicant could not remain present before this Court today, as his father has been hospitalised in America. As a matter of fact, on 23rd November, 2021, also the same reason was given before this Court.

As the Applicant has failed to comply with the directions issued by Order dated 23rd November, 2021, interim Order granted on 20th September, 2019 is vacated with immediate effect and as a consequence thereof, the present Anticipatory Bail Application is dismissed. [A.S. GADKARI, J.] 1/1
