Heard the learned counsel for the parties.

This court by order dated 08/11/2019 had directed the learned A.G.P. to take instructions from the concerned officer, within how much time they will decide the petitioner' s Revision Application U/s.154 of the Maharashtra Cooperative Societies Act, 1960 filed by them challenging the order dated 20/02/2019 passed by the respondent No.2 thereby submitting inquiry report U/s.83 of the said Act. 3.

Learned AGP submits that, till today he has not received any instructions from the concerned officer. 4.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and as the Revision Application V.B.Gokhale

15-wp-10671-19 dated 28/08/2019 filed by them before the appropriate authority is pending for hearing and final disposal on merits, the following order is passed:

a)The respondent No.4 to decide the petitioner'

s Revision Application dated 28/08/2019 as early as possible on its own merit, but in any case on or before 29/02/2020.

b)All contentions of both the parties are kept open including the maintainability of Revision Application itself.

c)Ad-interim relief granted by this court on 08/11/2019 to continue till the decision of Revision Application dated 28/08/2019.

d)The Writ Petition stands disposed of accordingly.

e)No order as to costs.
