It is submitted that the name of the Petitioner is included in the Shalarth-ID.

The grievance of the Petitioner is that as yet the Respondent No.2 has not released grant-in-aid for payment of salary in the pay scale from the date of appointment including arrears.

The Management will have to submit the salary bills, if the same not is submitted, the Management has to submit the salary bill within a period of six weeks from today, including N.S. Kamble page 1 of 2

71-cp-6-2022 arrears of the salary bills.

Upon, receipt of the same, it is necessary for the authority to undertake further steps as per the judgment and order of this Court dated 11 August 2021 and the same shall be disbursed preferably within six months from the receipt of the salary bills.

Contempt Petition is disposed of.
