Learned advocate for the petitioners submits that the management is not submitting the proposal seeking approval to the appointment of the petitioners as a peon.

Learned advocate for the management submits that the Education Officer is not accepting the proposal.

The management shall submit the proposal seeking approval to the appointment of the petitioner to the Education Officer. The Education officer shall accept the proposal submitted to the management seeking approval to the appointment of the petitioner and

Learned advocate for the management assures that within a period of four weeks, the management would submit the proposal seeking approval to the appointment of the petitioner as peon with the Education Officer.
