This petition is filed for simplicitor direction that the pending approval of the Petitioner' appointment as a part time librarian from 1 October 2009 be decided within a time bound period. Whether the Petitioner is entitled to this relief or otherwise is not made out by the Petitioner.

When the petition was adjourned the Education Officer was expected to make a statement as to within how much time the approval would be decided and communicated to the

The Education Officer will give hearing to the Petitioner and pass a reasoned order. For that purpose the Petitioner will appear before the Education Officer on 5 April 2021 and submit a written representation and thereupon the Education Officer will pass the order with reasons and communicate the same to the Petitioner within a period of one week.

The Writ Petition is disposed of.
