Petitioners are present with their advocate Shri Asit Sing. Original complainant respondent no.2 is also present. Respondent nos.3 and 4 who are alleged to be co-accused with the petitioners are not present.

Petitioners and respondent no.2 jointly state that they have compromised the dispute. Respondent no.2 as also petitoiner no. 1 have been identified by advocate Singh. Petitioner no.1 and respondent no.2 state that they are relatives. 3.
Respondent no. 2 submits that he has received the entire nilegaonkar 1/2
38-wp-4160.2018.odt amount and he has purchased a room at Thane through it. He has also tendered affidavit accepting that he has received back the amount and showing his inclination not to prosecute the petitioner and respondent nos.3 and 4.
