We have perused the averments made in the Petition. This PIL raises the same issues which arose in PIL No.71 of 2013 in relation to the area of Ichalkaranji Municipal Council. This PIL will be governed by a separate judgment delivered today in PIL No.71 of 2013. Accordingly, in terms of the said Judgment and Order, this PIL stands disposed of.
