Today, only a prayer is made by learned Counsel for the Petitioners to dispose of this petition by directing Respondent No.3 -District Collector, Kolhapur to consider and take appropriate decision on the representations dated 29/09/2014 (Exhibit-"E") and 03/12/2014 (Exhibit-"H"). Learned Counsel for the Petitioners further submits that the Petitioners will file fresh representation with supporting documents before the Respondent No.3.
