It does appear that the applicant has committed a default in complying with the order. But after hearing the learned counsel for the applicant, I am inclined to condone the lapses on the part of the applicant, particularly because it is submitted by the learned counsel for the applicant that the applicant shall now furnish a bank guaranty by Tuesday the 28th day of April 2015, and shall also furnish a surety by that date.

In view of this, it is directed that the time to furnish the bank guaranty and to furnish the surety shall stand extended till 28th April 2015 (28th April 2015 inclusive). 4.
