Learned Counsel for the respondents No. 1 to 5 on instructions makes a statement that the respondents No. 1 to 5 undertake to pay the balance outstanding as on 17/06/2019 within a period of 4 weeks from today. It is stated by learned Counsel for respondents No. 1 to 5 on instructions that an amount of Rs.71,78,350/- has been deposited before the trial Court on 17/06/2019. The balance amount of Rs.13,91,150/- 1/2

Learned Counsel for respondents No. 1 to 5 submits that the delay in depositing the amount was not intentional. They had no intention to flout the orders of the Court. Learned Counsel has instructions to tender an unconditional apology on their behalf.

In this light of the matter as the order stands complied with, the Contempt Petition is not needed to be proceeded with & the same is disposed of.
